Come and enjoy a day at J L N Pole Fitness Studios with Jess Leanne Norris or training can take place at your own school.

The day has been designed to cover a variety of Pole related skills including stretches, pole positions/transitions, choreography, circuit training.

The training will be a huge benefit to anyone who can confidently invert onto the pole.

Schedule

12.30pm – Arrival

1.00pm – 1.45pm Stretch Techniques – Improve posture & Increase flexibility

1.45pm – 3.15pm Pole Work – New positions to suit your ability, taught on both spin & static including transitions

3.15pm – 3.45pm Break

3.45pm – 5.15pm Choreography – Learn grace, poise & elegance, helpful hints and tips to show off your performance in style.  You will learn a routine tailored for your ability.

5.15pm – 5.30pm Break

5.30pm – 6.15pm Boot camp – Circuit training, toning exercises to build strength & stamina.

Please bring a light lunch with you on the day.

Training days are £100 per person.
